"BEST OF THE BEST" DANCE STUDIO IN SHELBY COUNTY 2021

Joy's Dance Company has been in business Since 1979 .  Joy's is a Christian based dance studio and we don't use bad lyrics or suggestive dance moves. I want my students to have a positive experience and enjoy coming to dance classes. JDC has 4 award winning dance teams that have won hundreds of awards over the years!  The past 40 years Mrs. Joy has taught in Alabaster, Pelham,Hoover, Bluff Park, Bessemer, Centerpoint, Jacksonville and Jasper.  Joy was the choreographer for Jacksonville State University Marching Ballerinas Half Time Show from 2004-2008.  Joy Andrews led The JSU Diamond Girls to a College Dance Team Championship 1st Place Overall in New Orleans and 6 -1st Place Regional Titles. In 2019 Joy's Dance was awarded the Studio Award/Sportsmanship Award 2 out of the 4 competition.  Fusion National Dance Competition and Masquerade Dance Competition 2019 awarded Joy's Dance Company for the best sportsmanship.  Joy's Dance was awarded The "BEST OF THE BEST" in Shelby County 2018 and thank you so much to everyone that voted for us.  Joy's Dance Won 2018 PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD in their 1st time to attend the Columbiana Christmas Parade and everyone had so much fun!
